Ademola Eleso

CEO/MD of mCentric Nigeria Ltd and telecommunications and technology Systems Integrator and consulting firm.
Dem, also serves as Chairman and Non Exec Director of Contact Solutions – a leading Call/Contact centre services
company, which he founded in 2004.
Oct 2011- Dec 2014, DEm Eleso CEO of Multi-Links in Nigeria and CEO Designate of CapCom Telecoms – aiming to
launch a Mobile BroadBand Services 4G LTE operator emerging from acquisitions and mergers.
DEm was Head of Technology for Vodafone Qatar from Sept 2008 – Jan 2010
Previously CTO of MTN Nigeria from 2001 through 2005 he was a key executive in the GSM network rollout and
Fibre network deployment
He founded mCentric in Spain, with three other entrepreneurs – a software company specialised in telecoms systems.
1995 to 2000 DEm was a Director of Technology at Vodafone Spain, on assignment from his parent company AirTouch
International (now Verizon Wireless) in San Francisco.
From 1988 to 1995 – DEm worked from BT Cellnet (now 02) in Network Engineering design and planning.

He holds an BEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Liverpool JM University and an MSc. in
Digital Communications Systems from Loughborough University.
DEm is a versatile technologist, specialising telecoms with a very savvy approach to commercialising startup
businesses.
He is married with 3 children.

Val Amadi

Val Amadi was born on November 12 th , 1975
He is trained as an Electrical Engineer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has a MSc. In Global Business
Management from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom. He has attended several courses including a stint
at the University of Cranfield in Leadership and Management. 
He has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the telecommunications sector and has had to play prominent roles in
the development of the sector across several multinationals like MTN, Etisalat, Kathrein etc such as Regional Radio
Planning Manager, Regional Project Manager, Transmission Systems Specialist, Senior Manager Network Rollout &
Technical Customer Support Services.
In 2018, he started a career in consulting in the telecoms and business operations sector. He is currently a technical
consultant to the World Bank Group.
He is a regular speaker at different industry forums and a poet.

Sasha Israni

Sasha Israni is an entrepreneur and investor.

He is the Promoter of the Royal Power Group of Companies, currently operating as Managing Director of the Group. As a graduate from the European Business School (UK) with several Harvard Business courses under his belt, he returned to Nigeria after spending 3 years working at Credit Suisse in London. Sasha spent his first several years back in Nigeria learning about the Nigerian market, familiarizing himself with business processes, undertaking projects as an entrepreneur and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business operating environment with a special focus on the power sector.

In 2004, he formed Royal Power and Energy Ltd – a power company initially focused on providing power solutions to the service sector in Nigeria. During his tenure with RPE, Sasha has driven the company’s rapid growth to serve most tier-1 corporate clients in Nigeria.

Under his leadership, RPE has grown to be the leading power solutions provider in Nigeria and West Africa with over 80 Megawatt of generation capacity and 422 megawatt hour of storage deployed.

Within the Royal Power Group, there exist 3 entities:

  1. Royal Power and Services Limited – An asset owing company providing power and EPC services in the renewable energy field. Currently the company has over 100 locations under management.
  2. Royal Power and Energy Limited (RPE) – A company focused on power provision to banking, corporate, telecoms and additionally the government sectors.
  3. Royal Power Integrated and General Services (RPIS) – the company was founded in 2012 with a focus to build, own and operate gas power plants in Nigeria. The company has successfully commissioned a 10.6MW power plant in Lagos, Nigeria and is looking to develop a 275MW Power Plant in Lagos State.

Sasha is a member of YPO. (Young Presidents Organisation) and an investor in several businesses which span Power, Renewable Energy, Fintech, Gas processing, Lighting and Infrastructure.
